At Br4in™, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional service. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the guidelines below to understand how refunds and cancellations work. Br4in also offers a 30% Productivity Guarantee under specific criteria.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

  • One-Time Setup Fees: May be eligible for refund if requested promptly and before substantial work has begun (for example, before deployment, configuration, or onboarding delivery).

  • Monthly Subscription Fees: Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins; however, you may cancel to prevent future renewals (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • 30% Productivity Guarantee: If you meet the guarantee criteria and do not achieve the stated result, Br4in will refund the setup fee and provide three (3) months of free support, as described in the “Exceptional Circumstances / Guarantee” section below.

2. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email us at support@br4in.ai (or info@br4in.ai for general billing questions).

  • Include your invoice/receipt number, the plan purchased, and the reason for the request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are subject to approval based on eligibility and compliance with this policy.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and processor).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by the processor.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Services that are custom-built or delivered (including completed onboarding sessions, audits, governance frameworks, prompt libraries, workflow templates, or configuration work performed for your environment).

  • Work already completed or in-progress labor that cannot be “returned.”

  • Subscription charges for a billing period already in progress.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice to our team or by canceling through your billing method if available.

  • If you cancel a subscription, you will typically retain access through the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

  • If work is in progress on a custom engagement, cancellation may involve charges for work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances / 30% Productivity Guarantee

Br4in’s 30% Productivity Guarantee is intended to ensure you see meaningful time savings when you actively adopt Br4in.

  • What it means: We guarantee you’ll save at least 30% of your time on routine admin and planning tasks compared to your pre-Br4in baseline.

  • How it’s measured: A self-tracking baseline log is established during onboarding and compared after 21 days of “Expert” usage.

  • The promise: If you meet the criteria and don’t see the results, we’ll refund your setup fee and provide three months of free support.
